Wholesome Therapy is an integration of the individual’s BELIEF SYSTEM with a POSITIVE OUTLOOK.
Through this procedure of enhancing the individual’s
self-esteem, self-worth, self-regard, and self-confidence, the
individual is better able to manage and cope with life stressors.
Wholesome Therapy can be beneficial to any person who has experienced
catastrophic crisis, a threatening situation, a major loss,
a debilitating illness or death of a loved one that has negatively
imprinted the person’s emotions, feelings, mood, perceptions
and behavior.
