THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS

Wholesome Therapy is a short-term, goal-focused therapeutic intervention (12-16 weeks) targeting the person’s negative feelings and transforming them into a more positive outlook.

INITIAL PHASE:   Exploration
(Assessing the individual’s belief system and outlook on life)
SECOND PHASE:   Investigation
(Examining the individual’s strength, limitations, inhibitions and perceptions)
THIRD PHASE:   Acknowledgement
(Realizing the scope of one’s predicament)
FOURTH PHASE:   Transformation
(Shifting one’s perception of the crisis)
FIFTH PHASE:   Integration
(Assimilating the individual’s belief system with the newly formed outlook)
SIXTH PHASE:   Reinforcement
(Strengthening the positive and lessening the negative outlook)
SEVENTH PHASE:   Adaptation
(Learning to see, feel, and think positively)
